Business Description: Restored Victorian villa located in the heart of downtown Wilmington, Ohio. Effie's Place Bed and Breakfast is designed for your personal comfort as your home away from home. We have three well appointed guestrooms with private baths. Built in 1871, Effie's Place is a two story Victorian villa with alabaster chandeliers, authentic leather wallpaper, stucco siding with a clay tile roof and a 7 foot stained glass window overlooking the grand staircase.
We serve a full, gourmet breakfast every morning at your convenience, so you are free to plan your day as you wish. Enjoy fresh baked cookies upon your arrival.
We also have two extended stay apartments fully furnished with cable/internet and off street parking.
